2018 Mercedes-Benz E-Class 2.0 E22 TDI AMG Line Diesel G-Tronic

So I’ve been keeping this car for a few years now, and honestly, it’s one of the few I’ve ever felt truly comfortable in. It’s a 2018 E220d AMG Line, diesel, with the G-Tronic gearbox — smooth, quiet, and not too flashy, but definitely gets the job done.

I bought it new and it’s been two careful owners since, both of whom treated it like a proper car — no wild mileage, no neglect. It’s got full ULEZ history, so no issues there. The interior is leather and suede blend, which feels nice, and the seats have heating — real comfort when it’s cold.

It’s got Apple CarPlay, Bluetooth, AUX, USB, and a 12.3-inch digital screen — I use it daily, and it’s actually pretty intuitive. The reversing camera and parking sensors work great, and I’ve never had to fumble with them. Cruise control and adaptive headlights are also useful, especially on long drives.

The wheels are 19-inch AMG 5-spoke, titanium grey with a high sheen — not flashy, just solid. The suspension is tuned with agility control and can lower by 15mm, which makes it feel a bit more planted when turning. I’ve also noticed the active safety bits — like pedestrian detection and brake assist — actually help you feel safer on the road.

It’s had a full MOT checked and passed, and I’ve had it serviced regularly. I’ve kept it clean and driven it mostly on the A40 and A41 roads — not too much traffic, not too much stress.

It’s in great condition, no major damage, no known issues. I’ve had it looked at by a local garage, and it’s all clear on HPI. I’ve even got a 12-month AA breakdown cover and a 6-month warranty (mechanical and electrical parts included).

I’m based in Wrecclesham, Waverley, so it’s just a few minutes from the train station if you’re coming from Broxbourne or nearby. I’m not selling it for a lot — it’s just something I’ve used and loved over the years.
