Nautilus multigym with smith machine and adjustable bench

Got this Nautilus commercial multigym sitting in my garage in Bedfordshire, Central Bedfordshire — it’s been a real workhorse over the years. The setup has a solid smith machine on two thick rods, lat pulldown pulley, low row pulley, and a chest pec deck all connected to a plate-loaded pulley system. I’ve got a few attachments in there too — lat bar, V bar, D-handle, squat pad, and some resistance bands.

The heavy-duty adjustable bench is a real gem — it goes flat, incline, decline, and even 90 degrees, and the front seat can shift to different positions depending on what you’re doing. Dimensions are about 190 x 193 x 216 cm (75" x 76" x 85") with the lat bar and bench attached.

It’s not the fanciest thing, but it’s been reliable, durable, and has actually helped me stay in shape through thick and thin. I’ve been keeping it mostly in one place, so it’s not going to be moved much. If you’re into fitness gear and looking for something solid, it’s worth a look — I’ve actually only had it on for a few years, so it’s still in good shape. Price is £342, but I’m just sharing it in case anyone’s interested.
