This bike’s a real standout — it’s one of the top carbon road bikes made in the last 10 years, and it’s the only Raleigh ever to win the Tour de France. Yeah, that’s right — only English bike to take that title, and it’s the only one ever built by Raleigh to do it.

It’s got a pro-level SRAM RED groupset (worth more than the asking price on its own), Mavic Ksyrium carbon wheels (over £700), C6 carbon forks, FSA handlebars and hubs. The full build cost was over £5,500 — so it’s not just any bike, it’s a serious machine.

Best suited for riders between 5’4” and 5’10” — the bottom bracket’s sealed, bearings are smooth as butter, brakes are sharp and responsive, and it handles city riding like a champ.
