Coin – England 1996 David Platt

Description

This is the official 1996 England squad coin, featuring David Platt in the middle — he was a midfielder back then. It's a nickel-plated steel coin, about 27mm across and weighs 8.2g. The front has David Platt’s name and position, with two footballers on either side of him. The back shows the England team logo with a football at the bottom, and there’s a date and "PM" mint mark below. It’s a commemorative piece from the squad that year. I’ve kept it in a small box, not much use for me anymore.
