The window’s got all the smart bits built-in, no extra cost. Just peel off the release tape and the Expanding Thermal Collar pops into place — it’s a bit of a clever trick, but works really well. The sash slides back into the frame smoothly thanks to that little finger spring, and the Flick-Fit brackets mean it’s a breeze to install right out of the box. I’ve used it a few times, and the top handle is handy — you can open it just a crack even when the window’s locked, which is perfect for letting in a bit of fresh air without having to fully open it.
