So, I’ve just got this 2018 Ford Transit chassis cab – it’s a curtain side, 2.0 TDCi, 170ps, and it’s a proper mwb model with the Euro 6 engine. Came straight from a leasing company, so it’s been well looked after.

It’s registered in March 2018 and comes with a full 12-month MOT already done. I’m not quite ready to hand it over yet – it hasn’t had a full engine service or the interior touched up, so it’s still in the “prepped” stage. But the bodywork is solid, and the interior’s in great shape. Factory bits like multi-function steering, central locking, electric windows and mirrors, and a CD/Radio with Bluetooth and USB are all there.

I’m not selling it as a finished product yet – I’m just putting it out there for people who might want to take it on and do the work themselves. If you’re looking for a reliable, well-equipped chassis cab with a solid base, this one’s a decent starting point.
