Got some spare rooms in a shared house in Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire. It’s a bit of a niche setup — I’m doing a home extension and need a skilled builder with their own tools to help out regularly. Normally the rent would be £800 all-in, but I’m offering it free to someone who’s really hands-on and can handle multiple trades.
