Vintage Tufted Office Chair – Leather, Reclines

I’ve got this old Wade London captains chair here — one of those classic vintage office chairs with that rich burgundy leather and tufted back. It’s got deep buttoning, brass studs, a swivel base, and it reclines, which is nice if you're trying to get comfortable for long work sessions.

The label is still on the back, so it’s definitely a Wade London — that brand is known for solid, timeless office pieces. It’s a tufted high-back chair, which gives it that classic, slightly retro look. The chair tilts for reclining, though I’m not 100% sure about the height adjustment lever — might not work as smoothly as it used to.

It’s been around for a while, so there’s some wear on the back — nothing major, just the kind of thing you’d expect from an older piece. One of the wheels is missing its brass cap, but it still rolls fine. The frame feels sturdy enough to use every day.
