Suzuki GSXR 400 1992 Project Bike

Hey, I’ve got this 1992 Suzuki GSXR 400 sitting in my workshop in Warwickshire, England — it’s a project bike, not a showroom-ready machine, but I’ve kept it well looked after and it runs on a jump pack with a solid start. The engine sounds good, but I’d expect the carbs to be cleaned and tuned up — not a huge issue, just something you’d want to sort out if you're planning to ride it.

As you can see in the photos, there are a few blemishes: the tank’s a bit dirty, the screen’s cracked, and the headlight has a chip. The left-hand indicator doesn’t work, and the tyres are a bit old but still solid. All the electrics are otherwise fine. I’ve got the V5 and the MOT expired back in 2009 — no full workshop inspection has been done on it, so there might be things I haven’t spotted yet.

I’m not selling it as a finished ride — it’s more of a project that someone could take on and build into something they love. If you're into tinkering, or just looking for a bike with character and history, this one might be your kind of thing.
