2017 Mercedes A-Class A200d AMG Line Premium 5-door Hatchback
Description
So, I’ve had this 2017 Mercedes A-Class A200d AMG Line for just over a year now, and it’s been a real joy to drive. It’s got that sleek, refined look with the premium interior—leather seats, climate control, and that nice ambient lighting. The 2.1-litre diesel engine is smooth and efficient, and I’ve never had any issues with it, which is a big plus. It’s got all the smart bits: full sat-nav, Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay, USB ports (x2), cruise control, and a speed limiter. The front seats are electronically adjustable with heating, and the rear seats are comfy too. I’ve got parking sensors, a rear view camera, and Parktronic self-park assist—so parking’s a breeze, even in tight spots.
I’ve kept it well-maintained with full service history and a logbook. It’s ULEZ compliant, and the air conditioning works like a dream. The 19-inch alloy wheels look great, and there’s a nice LED daytime running light setup too. Tyre pressure monitoring is on, and the auto stop/start feature is handy when idling.
It’s not flashy, but it’s solid, reliable, and actually quite fuel-efficient. I drive it mostly for short trips around Waltham Abbey, Epping Forest, and the local routes—nothing too far, which suits it perfectly.
It runs perfectly, no niggles, no issues. Just a clean, well-used car with great specs and a lot of practical features. If you’re looking for a reliable, comfortable hatchback that doesn’t demand a lot of maintenance, this one’s a good fit.
(Price is £7,465.50 — I’ll be honest, it’s a bit of a chunky number, but it’s been worth every penny.)
