Garden Room for Musicians and Artists

Description

I’ve got a garden room I’ve been using as a quiet spot for my music and art stuff, and it’s now available for a creative person to use. It’s tucked away in Mirfield, Lower Hopton, and I’m looking for someone reliable and quiet to take it over.

The room is a single bedroom size, fully carpeted, with new ceiling and modern lighting. Big glass windows let in lots of natural light, and I’ve got a few power sockets if you need to plug in gear. Access is direct from the front garden between 9am and 5pm — it’s lockable, so it’s secure and private.

It’s not ideal for loud or messy use — I’m hoping for someone who’s respectful and keeps it tidy. If you’re into music, visual art, or just need a calm place to store your tools, it could be a real help.

I’ve only just moved to the area, so it’s not been used much yet — just a clean, quiet space. I’d be happy to chat if you’re interested. The rent is £9 a month, which is low and fair.
