Got this old kayak from Gairloch, Highland – it’s been a solid workhorse for years. Fits two adults and a small person or dog, with two padded seats and a middle one for someone shorter. There’s room for two fishing rods too, which comes in handy if you’re heading out to the sea or rivers. I’ve used it for family trips and just about every kind of water activity. The paddles are easy to split if you want to store them neatly. It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done.
