2020 Ford Focus 2.0 EcoBlue ST-Line X Estate Diesel

I’ve had this Ford Focus for a few years now, and it’s been one of my most reliable cars. It’s a 2020 EcoBlue diesel model with the ST-Line X trim, and I’ve kept it well-maintained — four service stamps, last one at 54k miles. The engine runs smoothly, and it’s got that classic Focus balance of space, efficiency, and practicality.

It’s got a lot of smart features that make driving actually enjoyable — panoramic glass roof, Bang & Olufsen sound system, electric tailgate, and a full suite of driver assistance tech. Things like blind spot detection, lane departure warning, traffic sign recognition, and head-up display are all there. I’ve used the Apple CarPlay and Android Auto a lot — super handy when I’m on the go.

Inside, it’s comfy with leather and cloth seats, and the climate control, cruise control, and rear parking sensors make daily drives feel stress-free. I’ve also got the reverse parking camera and rear radar sensors — useful when parking in tight spots. The GPS navigation is intuitive, and I’ve used the voice control to adjust music or navigate without touching the wheel.

I’ve got a DAB radio, keyless start, and even a Wi-Fi hotspot (though I’d note that data plan charges apply if you use it). It’s not flashy, but it does what it needs to — reliable, quiet, and low running costs.

I’m based in Darvel, East Ayrshire, and it’s been a solid car for my commute and weekend trips. The RAC-approved inspection and service history give me confidence in its condition. I’ve kept it clean and well looked after — no major issues, just regular servicing.

It’s not the most expensive car I’ve owned, but it’s been a real workhorse. I’m not selling it to make a quick profit — I just need to move it to a new place and have it in a different spot.
