I’ve used it for everything from steady rides to interval training, and it’s honestly one of the most comfortable bikes I’ve ever used. The watt meter is super accurate — I can see real-time power data, which helps me track progress without needing extra gear.

What I love most is that it doesn’t need a power plug at all — just the standard power source for the display and the bike runs off its own self-powered generator. That means no fiddling with sockets or charging batteries. The magnetic resistance is smooth, and the 1:11 gear ratio with two-stage drivetrain gives you both a smooth ride and a bit of power when you need it.

It’s got a nice cockpit console with a tablet holder, and you can sync it to your phone or HR monitor via wireless. The screen is clear, and I’ve used it with a few different apps over the years. The flywheel is rear-drive, which makes it feel more natural when you're riding.
