So, I’ve had this 2019 BMW X3 xDrive20i M Sport for just over a year now, and honestly, it’s been a solid daily driver. I bought it back in 2022, and it’s still feeling fresh — not flashy, but definitely gets the job done.

It’s got the xDrive all-wheel-drive, which I’ve come to rely on when the weather turns. That’s been a big plus, especially when driving in the countryside near Broadstairs, Thanet — not always dry or flat, and you just want confidence in the corners.

The 2.0-litre turbo engine isn’t the most powerful, but it’s smooth and responsive. 184 bhp and 300 Nm of torque mean it’s quick enough for city drives and easy to keep up on the motorway without feeling strained. The 8-speed auto works well — no jerky shifts, and it’s pretty efficient. I’ve seen it hit 62 in about 8.3 seconds, and the top speed is capped at 130, which is fine for normal use.

Fuel economy’s around 36–38 mpg depending on how I drive — not the best in class, but decent enough for a car this size. I’ve kept it well maintained, and the interior feels clean and premium, with leather seats, DAB, sat nav, parking sensors, and a rear camera. The M Sport trim gives it that sporty edge — the alloy wheels, the body lines, the overall look.

I’ve also got the comfort features like climate control, 3-zone AC, auto dimming mirrors, and even a little extra stuff like USB ports, Apple/Android Auto, and a keyless start with auto start/stop. The brake discs are ventilated, and the suspension feels solid — not too stiff, not too soft.

I’ve had it serviced regularly and it’s been in good shape. The only thing I’d say is that it’s not a track car, but for a family-friendly, all-weather SUV with real BMW quality, it’s been more than up to standard.

I’m selling it because I’ve moved to a different place and don’t need it anymore — it’s been a great companion over the years. The price is £23,167.80, which is what I paid when I bought it, so it’s a fair deal considering it’s been well looked after.

I’ve used a Vertu-approved vehicle, which means it comes with 12 months of warranty and roadside assistance — just in case. I’m not selling it to someone who’s looking for a high-performance machine, but if you’re after a reliable, comfortable, and well-equipped SUV with a bit of character, this one’s been a solid fit for me.
