I’ve got this two-bedroom caravan up at Haven Cliffs Holiday Park in Aberystwyth, Ceredigion — it’s right on the front row of Apple Grove, so you get a real sea view every single day. It’s a private caravan, so it’s not shared, and it’s ideal for families.

It sleeps up to six people — two bedrooms, plus a pull-out sofa bed in the lounge. The master bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and a wall-mounted TV/DVD, and the second bedroom can be pushed together to make a double bed. There’s also a separate bathroom with a full shower.

The living area has big front doors that open out to the veranda, which has a lockable gate — perfect for little kids. The caravan is double glazed, has central gas heating, and a full kitchen with cooker, microwave, and a fridge-freezer. There’s also a Freeview TV with DVD player.

I don’t allow pets or smoking — just a clean, quiet space for a relaxed holiday. There’s a parking space right next to it too.

I’ve got bookings available for 2025 — dates include 15th–23rd August, 1st–10th September, 13th–24th October, and 31st October to 14th November.

The deposit is £100 (to secure your booking), and there’s a £50 refundable security bond — that’s returned if the caravan’s left clean and undamaged. The balance and bond are due seven weeks before your trip.
