So, I’ve got this Lapierre Aircode SL500 carbon road bike — size medium — and I’m finally putting it up for what it really is: spares or repair.It’s fully functional, has a Shimano 105 drivetrain, and I’ve been using it for a while. But the seatstay has a bit of damage — you’ll see it in photos 3, 4, and 20. I was quoted £250 to fix it properly by Fibre Lyte, a carbon specialist in Stokesley. I meant to get it fixed back when I had the time, but life got in the way.
I’m not selling it as a complete, road-ready bike. It’s more of a project or a spare parts option. No pedals included.
It’s in aberdeenshire, Scotland — so if you’re local, I can drop it off. I’ve kept it in good shape, just not quite ready for full riding.
Price’s £171 if you’re interested — not a flashy deal, but it’s what it is. Just wanted to be upfront about the condition and what it’s really for.
