So, I’ve been keeping this car for a bit now — it’s a 2019 MG ZS 1.0 T-GDI Exclusive, automatic, Euro 6, five-door hatchback. Only 24,000 miles on the clock, which for a car this year is pretty solid. The engine’s a bit small, but it’s smooth and efficient, and it’s definitely got that modern, compact feel.

What I love about it is the Exclusive trim — comes with automatic headlights so they turn on before you even hit the road, rear parking sensors that make parking a breeze, and Apple CarPlay right out of the box. Bluetooth too, so I can keep my phone connected without fiddling. The cabin’s decently comfy, especially with the aircon working well.

I didn’t expect it to be that low-mileage for its age, and it’s still running well. Insurance’s in Group 4, which means it’s not expensive to keep on the road — a real plus.
