Kinderkraft 3 in 1 trike
Description
I’ve had this Kinderkraft 3-in-1 trike for a couple of years now and honestly, it’s been a real go-to for my kids. We’ve used it from when they were just a few months old all the way up to age 4, and it’s held up really well. The steel frame is solid, and the wheels are made of that puncture-proof EVA foam — no flats, even on the rougher bits of the garden path. The thing I love most is how it grows with your child. From 9 months to 5 years, you can adjust the seat and switch between parent-facing and kid-facing modes. The seat has a waterproof hood with UPF 50+ fabric, which is a big help on sunny days — especially when you’re out and about. The 5-point harness and detachable bumper bar mean it’s safe even when they’re trying to pedal on their own.
I use the telescopic handle a lot when they’re too tired or too small to push the pedals. The free-wheel function lets them just sit and move the pedals without needing to push hard — great for little ones who aren’t ready to go full speed. And the rear brakes? A lifesaver when we’re going down hills.
The seat covers are machine washable, which is a real bonus — I’ve just tossed them in the washing machine a few times and they come out clean and smelling fresh. There’s also a toy tray, a little cup holder for the parent, and a storage pocket on the handlebar — all very handy.
It’s been a bit of a workhorse, but never broken. I’ve kept it well-maintained, and it still runs smoothly. It’s now going to high-wycombe, Buckinghamshire, where I’ll be moving in a bit. I’m only asking £40.50 — it’s been a great investment and I’m happy to pass it on to someone who’ll actually use it.
