Got this mug back from my mum’s old chest of drawers – she used to keep it on her kitchen shelf. It’s a Churchill Royal one, from the 1977 Silver Jubilee, so it’s a bit of a piece of history. The Queen’s 25th year on the throne, you know, that big celebration. It’s in great shape, no cracks or chips, just a little wear around the rim from years of use. I’ve only had it for a few months now and it’s still looks pretty solid. I’m in Slough, England, so if you’re local and interested, I can probably pass it on. It’s not fancy, just a nice little memento from a time when people were really proud of the monarchy. Might be worth a look if you’re into vintage memorabilia or just want a bit of nostalgia.
