I’ve got a secure lock-up garage in Wetherby, Leeds, and I’m letting it out for a bit. It’s about 8ft by 16ft, no water or electricity inside — so whatever you’re storing, you’ll need to keep it dry and safe. It’s fully locked and has 24/7 access, seven days a week, so you can pop in and out whenever you need to.

I’m not advertising it as waterproof, so if you’re storing anything sensitive, you’ll want to take care with how you store it.

The rent is £80 a month plus VAT, paid by direct debit at the start of each month. I’ll need a £100 key deposit, which is fully refundable if you hand it back in good shape. Minimum term is three months, after that you just need one month’s notice to move out.

I’ll ask for ID and proof of address to check it’s all legit. No texts will be answered — just a call or a message if you’re serious about it.

It’s been a handy spot for me to keep things tidy, and I’m happy to let it go to someone who’ll take care of it. Price is £9 — not much, just a quick way to keep things out of the house.
