I’m letting out a bright, tidy room in a quiet shared house at 138 Brigstock Road. It’s one of three rooms, all shared with friendly, respectful housemates. The bathroom and kitchen are kept clean and well-used, so you don’t have to worry about mess or upkeep.

The room is fully furnished with everything you’d need — bed, desk, wardrobe, shelf space — and has all the basics like a heater, phone charger, and a small fridge.

I’ve moved to Saundersfoot, Pembrokeshire, so this room is actually in a different place now — it’s still a solid, peaceful spot with a good mix of privacy and community.

It’s a bit of a walk from the centre, but you can get to shops and the village easily, and there’s a bus stop just a minute’s walk away. The train’s about 5 minutes, so it’s not too far from the main routes.

Bills are included, so it’s all sorted.
