I’ve been keeping this car for a few years now, and it’s actually been a lot of fun to drive despite its age. It’s a 2016 Polo Match, just over 32,000 miles on the clock, and it’s been properly maintained with a full service history — no surprises, no gaps. I did a vehicle history check and it’s clean, which makes me feel confident about handing it over.

The engine’s a 1.0L petrol unit, Euro 6 compliant, so it’s efficient and quiet — not a huge powerhouse, but more than enough for everyday use. It’s got App Connect, so I can pair it with my phone for music and calls, and Bluetooth works smoothly. The 16-inch Knight alloy wheels look nice and it’s easy to park thanks to front parking sensors.

I’ve never had issues with the fuel economy — it’s been clocking in at around 60 mpg, which is better than most similar cars. Low CO2 and low insurance group too, so it doesn’t cost a fortune to keep running. The safety belt pretensioners are a nice touch, especially when driving in traffic.

It’s currently parked at Godstone, Tilburstow Hill — just a short drive from where I live, so it’s easy to get to if anyone’s interested. I’m not looking to sell it for a big sum, just passing it on to someone who’d enjoy a reliable, practical hatchback that doesn’t demand much attention. It’s been my go-to for commute and weekend trips, and I’m happy with how it’s turned out.
