I’m selling my 2017 Volkswagen Tiguan SEL TSI with 4MOTION and DSG – it’s a solid, well-maintained estate that’s been reliable for years. I’ve kept it mostly in good shape, so it’s still running smoothly and feels like it’s been driven smartly, not rushed.

The interior is comfy – leather seats, heated front and back seats, and a wireless charging spot that’s handy for my phone. I love the heated seats, especially in the winter when it’s cold outside. The electric sunroof is a nice touch too – lets in light and fresh air on sunny days.

It’s got all the tech you’d expect: sat-nav, cruise control, alloy wheels, and a good safety package (ABS, airbags, stability control). The cabin stays cool with AC, and the central locking and electric windows make it easy to use. There’s also a tow bar – I’ve used it a few times for camping trips.

The engine’s a 2.0L with 177bhp and the semi-auto gearbox gives you a bit of punch without being too fussy. It gets around 38 mpg combined, which is decent for a larger estate. Road tax is just £195 a year – not a lot to worry about.

I bought it a few years ago and have used it for family trips, weekend getaways, and even a few off-road adventures. It’s been a solid companion.
