Got these barbells from a gym I used to train at – still in good shape, no dents or rust. The sets are 6x5kg, 6x2.5kg, and 12x1.25kg, all neatly stored in a bag. I’ve been using them for home workouts lately, mostly for strength and mobility. They’re not super heavy, but they’re solid for a basic routine. Just moved to Windlesham, Bagshot, so no longer using them in the old place.
