I’ve had this AC for a few years now, mostly in my office at home in cranbrook, Tunbridge Wells. It’s been used regularly, but still runs smoothly — no major issues. Comes with the hose, remote, user instructions, and even the 3-in-1 silent sleep mode and Wi-Fi setup. It’s a bit of a beast in summer, especially when it’s hot, but I’ve kept it well-maintained.
