So, I’ve had this 2014 Renault Clio Expression Plus for a few years now — it’s been my go-to car for family trips, weekend drives, and just about everything in between. It’s black, looks solid, and honestly, it’s one of those cars you’d never guess is 10 years old.

The Expression Plus version means it’s got a fair bit of modern touches — aircon, alloy wheels, Bluetooth, CD player with AUX and USB, cruise control, electric windows, power steering, and remote central locking. The 1.2-litre petrol engine is smooth and efficient, which is great for everyday use. I’ve done a fair bit of miles over the years, but it still runs well and doesn’t feel worn out. Fuel economy’s been pretty good too — not a huge fan of the tax band, but it’s manageable.

It’s got a solid MOT report up to September 2026 with no advisories, which is a big plus. The interior’s been well cared for, and it’s always been kept clean and maintained. I’ve even had it serviced regularly, so it’s not just sitting on the shelf — it’s actually been driven and looked after.
