2013 Jaguar F-Type S 5.0 V8 Convertible
Description
So, I’ve been driving this 2013 Jaguar F-Type S for a couple of years now, and honestly? It’s still one of the most enjoyable cars I’ve ever had. I bought it new, and it’s been through 8 services and seven main dealer visits — all proper, all documented. Got a full 12-month MOT too, so it’s been looked after properly. It’s got 69,000 miles, but that doesn’t mean it’s worn out. The 5.0-litre V8 is still punchy — roars like a lion, gets from 0 to 60 in under 5 seconds, and the sound? Pure adrenaline. I’ve driven it through the countryside, on winding roads, in the rain — it handles like a dream.
The red paint is bold, definitely not subtle. I know people will look at it and go, “Wow, that’s a real statement.” It’s not something you just park in the garden — it’s meant to be seen.
Inside, it’s all leather and smooth surfaces. The seats are comfortable, the cabin is quiet, and the tech is solid. You don’t need to go full tech mode to feel like you’re in a premium car — just the way it feels when you’re behind the wheel is enough.
I live in Middleton-St-George, Darlington now, so if you’re in the area, I’m happy to show it off. I’ve actually been using it for daily drives, long weekends, and even a few trips to the coast — it’s reliable and fun.
I’m not selling it to make a quick profit — it’s just something I’ve genuinely enjoyed. It’s got a bit of character, and it’s still a joy to drive. If you’re someone who likes a bit of excitement and a car that doesn’t just get you from A to B, this might be the one for you.
It’s worth a look — especially if you’ve ever wanted to feel like you’re driving something special.
(Price is £21,595.50 — but I won’t say that out loud unless you ask.)
P.S. I’m not a car dealer, I just happen to have one I love. If you want to see it, I’m happy to meet up — no pressure, just a chat and a drive.
