Description

I’ve had this WaterRower Oak for a few years now and it’s honestly been one of the best investments I’ve made for fitness. It’s not just a rowing machine – it’s got that real water-like resistance thanks to the patented WaterFlywheel, which makes it feel way more natural than most other ones. The frame’s made from solid oak and stained lightly, so it’s got that warm, wood grain look that just adds to the vibe. I’ve used it every day for a few years, mostly in the evenings after work, and it’s helped me stay active without hurting my joints.

The seat and footrests are adjustable, which is a big plus – I’ve had to adjust them a few times over the years depending on how I’m feeling. The built-in S4 monitor tracks my stroke rate, distance, and calories, which I’ve found useful for keeping track of progress. It folds up neatly when not in use, so it doesn’t take up much space – I keep it in my home gym corner.

It’s been lightly used and still runs smoothly. I’ve only had it on a few occasions where it didn’t work properly, and those were quick fixes. The original price was £1,199, but I’ve kept it mostly untouched and it’s in great shape now. I’m moving to Middlesbrough, Tees Valley, and it’s just going to sit in the garage until someone finds it useful. I’m not selling it for a lot – £445.50 – but it’s still a solid piece, and I’m happy to pass it on.
