I’m letting out a single bedroom in a really well-refurbished flat in Portishead, North Somerset. It’s a shared house, so it’s not a standalone property, but the setup is clean, modern, and comfy.

The room has its own en-suite, a double bed, and a little kitchenette — everything you’d need for a quiet, tidy place to live. There’s a flat screen TV in the room too. I’ve kept it fully furnished, so you don’t have to worry about buying furniture.

The flat has a large garden and outdoor seating, which is great if you enjoy being outside. There’s also a shared kitchen with a fridge in the room and a larger one in the kitchen area.

Bills are all included — no surprise charges. It’s available from 23 August 2025, with a 12-month minimum term and only one person allowed. Students are welcome to check it out, and I’m happy to take DSS enquiries.

No pets, sorry — and smokers are a bit of a no-go, but I’m flexible with that if you’re really careful. The place is family-friendly, and there’s parking and garden access.

I’ve had it cleaned and updated recently, so it feels fresh and comfortable. It’s not a big space, but it’s well-kept and quiet.
