Description

This 2019 Mitsubishi L200 Barbarian double cab is actually a solid workhorse I’ve had for a few years now, and I’m selling it because I’ve finally moved to Pulborough, Horsham and need to keep things simple. It’s a diesel manual with 4WD, so it handles both the country roads and the muddy bits just fine.

It’s got a full 12V socket up front and centre, a roof-mounted aerial, and Bluetooth for music streaming — I’ve actually used that a lot for long drives. The radio plays CD and MP3s and has six speakers, which is decent for a pickup. The sat nav is premium HD, so it’s not just basic directions — it actually shows real-time traffic and music too.

The 17-inch alloy wheels are colour-keyed to match the body, and there’s a black rear bar, silver side steps, and a front skid plate. The front grille is dark chrome with a sporty look, and the mirrors are electric, heated, and fold up — super handy when parking. I even engraved the door handles and tailgate trim in chrome, which I like because it gives it a bit of personality.

The rear windows have privacy glass, and there’s a rear bumper step and chrome light bezels. The tailgate has a soft opening damper, which makes it easier to get in and out, especially when it’s full. I’ve also got a full-size spare wheel, and the wheel arch extensions match the body colour.

Inside, it’s got all the modern safety bits — ABS with EBD, traction and stability control, airbags with a passenger switch, and pretensioners. The dash has a fuel range, trip meter, and temperature display, and there’s a tachometer for when I’m driving hard.

It’s been well maintained, and I’ve used it mostly for local jobs and weekend trips. I’m not putting a lot of miles on it — still under 60k — and it runs smooth. The price is £10,795.50, which is what I’ve been thinking about since I moved. If you’re interested, I’m happy to chat — no pressure, just a friendly handover.

It’s not just a pickup — it’s a reliable, tough little machine that’s been with me through a lot of changes. Now it’s time to pass it on.
