Specialized Myka sport ladies mountainbike
Description
I’ve had this Specialized Myka sport for a few years now and it’s been my go-to for trail rides and weekend getaways. It’s got that smaller frame designed for ladies, which feels really comfortable—no weird tight spots, just smooth, natural handling. The A1 alloy frame is light, the fork’s lockout feature lets you adjust stiffness on the fly, and the 24-speed rapid fire gearing means you can shift through gears without fiddling too much. Wheels are quick release, brakes are solid disk ones, and I’ve got a little extra comfort with the adjustable stem.
I’ve actually cleaned it, lubed it, and done a full service myself—like a proper cycle mechanic would. I’ve even checked the chain and brakes, so it’s been properly looked after.
It’s been ridden quite a bit, but it still rides like it’s brand new. The paint and finish are looking almost new too. I’ve been using it in Hitchin, North Hertfordshire, and it’s been reliable through all sorts of weather.
I’ve been thinking about selling it because I’m moving on to a different kind of bike, and it’s just about right for what I’ve been doing. It’s asking £110—fair price, honestly, considering the care it’s had.
