These Mirafit resistance bands are still in great shape after years of use—mostly for home workouts and stretching. I’ve been using them for joint mobility and daily movement, and they’ve held up well. The 45mm one is a bit stiffer, the 32mm is more forgiving—great for beginners or light resistance. I’m moving to Whitstable, Kent, so I’m passing them on. They’re not super fancy, but they’ve served me well. If you're into simple, low-cost fitness tools, these might be a solid addition.
