Got this trainer a few years ago when I started doing more at-home workouts. It’s been used for pull-ups, grip strength, and even some basic wall climbing. The grip sizes are different—some are wider, some more compact—so it’s useful for different exercises. I’ve never used the screws, so they’re not included. It’s in great shape, mostly just a bit of light wear from regular use. I’m moving to Bradford, West Yorkshire, so thought I’d pass it on. Still works fine, and I don’t need it anymore.
