So, I’ve been keeping this car for a while now — it’s a 2019 Mercedes-Benz C-Class Cabriolet, AMG Line version, with the 1.5-litre MHEV engine and G-Tronic transmission. It’s a real driver’s car — not flashy, but definitely built to handle the road.

The body’s gloss black, and the interior is full black leather, which I’ve kept clean and well-maintained. The steering wheel is AMG-style leather with chrome touches, and there’s a nice touch of ambient lighting to make the cabin feel a bit more alive. Everything’s got electric features — windows, mirrors, seats, even the boot. The seats have heated function, and I’ve used them a lot on colder days.

It has a 10.25-inch touchscreen with navigation, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and a decent audio system. I’ve got a good range of driving modes — Comfort, ECO, Sport, and Sport Plus — which is great for different days. The suspension is lowered a bit, and it feels more planted than a regular C-Class.

I’ve had it through our in-house workshop in Barrow-upon-soar, Charnwood — all the usual safety checks, brake systems, and electronics have been done properly. The car’s been properly maintained, and I’ve kept the mileage low, though it does vary slightly as it moves between showrooms.

It’s ULEZ-compliant, has parking sensors, a rear camera, and even a smart parking assist system. The soft top is black, and it’s got that nice acoustic design to reduce wind noise — useful on long drives.
