So, I’ve had this 2017 Mercedes A-Class for a few years now — it’s been a solid daily driver, and I’m finally selling it. It’s not flashy, but it’s got a lot of the smart bits you’d expect from a proper Mercedes.

It’s a diesel, 1.5L, 109ps, manual — not the fastest, but it’s smooth and efficient. I’ve driven it through plenty of rain, winter, and even a few long weekend trips, and it’s held up well. Safety features are solid — ABS with brake assist, attention assist (which warns you if you’re starting to doze off), ESP with ASR, and all the airbags. The side and head protection is good too. The rear seats have ISOFIX points, so it’s safe for kids if needed.

I’ve kept it well looked after — full service history, HPI checked, and it’s got a solid warranty with APA and 12 months of AA breakdown cover. The fuel economy’s around 72mpg, so it’s pretty economical.
