Description
Got this old wicker hamper from a family estate in Wirral, Liverpool City Region — it's a real chunky antique picnic set, not something you'd find in a shop. It’s got all the original bits: ceramic cups, saucers, side plates, metal cutlery, a milk bottle, sugar tub, and two plastic sandwich boxes. The lid hinges with a chain, and there’s a carry handle and leather buckles — though the buckles are a bit frayed and the leather’s worn, so it’s not exactly easy to lift in and out of a car. It’s been sitting in a dusty storage spot for years, so it’s a bit dusty, but still has all the original tags. Measures about 57.5cm wide x 38.5cm x 21.5cm tall. It’s not perfect, but it’s charming and has a real story. I’m just letting it go for £22.50 — it’s been sitting in my shed for ages and I didn’t want to keep it.
