Description

I’ve had this Poole pottery coffee pot for years — it’s from the Parkstone range, designed by Robert Jefferson back in the 70s. The black body with a white disc lid and that classic white reeding around the base is pretty timeless. It’s a bit worn in places, just a few light rubs, but nothing major — no chips, no cracks, no crazing. It’s in good shape for its age.

I’m keeping it in my cupboard as a piece of retro kitchenware, but I’m selling it because I’m going to the White Elephant fundraiser at the village church in Rowlands-Gill, Gateshead. All the proceeds go to the church — it’s part of the annual event, and we’re putting together a bit of a collection of items we’ve been given over the years.

I’ll collect it from Longworth off the A420 — just let me know if you’re nearby. It’s only £9, but I’m not going to say that in the title, obviously. Just thought I’d share it with you in case you’ve ever seen a piece like this.
