Description

I’ve had this Audi A3 for just over a year now and it’s been a real joy to drive. It’s a 2021 2.0 TDI 30 Sport Sportback with the manual gearbox – not flashy, but solid, reliable, and a bit of a hidden gem under the skin.

The interior’s got a nice touch of premium feel – aluminium trim, some silk-effect inlays in platinum grey, and that clean, modern look with the virtual cockpit. I love the 10.1-inch touchscreen with navigation and voice control – you can actually talk to it, not just tap around. The USB-C ports are handy, especially for charging phones on the go.

It’s got all the safety stuff you’d expect: pre-crash warnings, lane departure alerts, automatic emergency braking, and even pedestrian and cyclist detection. The airbags are all there, including front and side – and I’ve used the passenger airbag deactivation feature a few times when I’ve been driving with kids.

The 17-inch alloy wheels are a 5-spoke design – not flashy but sharp, and the body-coloured spoiler and mirrors give it that sporty edge. I’ve kept the original cloth headlining, which feels comfortable in the summer.

There’s a decent amount of storage – front centre console has a 12V socket, the rear seat splits 40:20:40, and there’s a cup holder and armrest. The boot is manual lid, but it’s easy to open. I’ve also got a first aid kit, warning triangle, and two safety vests in the back – just in case.

It has DAB radio, cruise control, climate control, electric windows, and even a tyre pressure warning system. The steering is smooth, and the drive feels balanced – no harshness, just quiet and stable.

I’ve had it through a few different drives, from city commuting to longer trips, and it handles well. I’ve never had any major issues, and it’s been a great companion.

It’s currently based in Scarborough, North Yorkshire, and I’m looking to part with it soon – I’ve been thinking about moving to a different area and just need to downsize. The price is £15,840, which I know is on the high side for some, but it’s a solid, well-maintained car with a lot of features.

If you’re interested, I’d be happy to chat – no pressure, just a real, honest chat about what it’s like to drive and use it.
