I’ve had this chair for four years, mostly used on weekends and during long drives—never really stressed it out. The fabric has a small patch that’s been repaired (visible in the photo), but otherwise it’s been in great shape. The heating and massage functions work perfectly, and the seat feels solid. I’m moving house and it’s just sitting in the corner, not being used much anymore. Would be good for someone who values comfort and a bit of self-care.
