Vintage wash bowl and jug

Description

I’ve had this vintage wash bowl and jug for years — they’ve been in my kitchen since I moved into my flat in Backwell, North Somerset. The bowl is 46cm across, 14cm tall, with a base of 24x21cm and about 16cm deep. The jug is 32cm high, and both have that classic floral pattern in soft pastel colours, with gilt detailing that still looks nice even after all this time.

There are a couple of tiny spots of discoloration inside the bowl and where the base used to rest on a stand — just a few, and they’re not noticeable from a distance. A very fine hairline crack in the bowl, and a couple of hairlines on the jug’s base, but nothing major. They’re in very good condition overall — just a bit worn from years of use.

I’ve kept them in a cupboard mostly, and they’ve never been cleaned properly, so there’s a bit of grime and dust. I’d love to part with them — I’ve actually been thinking about selling them to make room for a new shelf. Price is £22.50, but I’m open to offers if someone really likes them.
