I’ve had this gas fryer for years in my local takeaway and it’s been used every day – very reliable. It’s a tested, serviced Lincat model, built for heavy use in a commercial kitchen. The grease system works well, and it handles big batches of chicken, fries, and burgers without any issues. I’m keeping it because I’ve been using it so much over the years, and it’s in solid condition. Just moved to wigston, Oadby and Wigston, so it’s not in my old spot.
