These are real travertine tiles, not fake or porcelain — they came from a luxury hotel project and are now sitting in my garage, waiting to be used. I’ve got 4m² of large-format 440mm x 770mm tiles in warm beige with natural veining, which gives that authentic, timeless look. Each one’s different, like real stone — no two are the same.

I’ve been using them for a few small features in my own home, and honestly, they’re a solid upgrade. No need to go overboard — perfect for a luxury bathroom, a feature wall, or a spa-style entry.

They’re only available in this one lot — 4m² total — and I’m only offering them for £40. The original retail price would’ve been £50/m², so this is a real deal.
