These Pro Fitness dumbbells are 3 pairs, each set to 2.5kg, so they’re good for home workouts or light strength training. I’ve used them regularly for a few years and they’re in great shape—no dents, no rust, just solid and sturdy. I’m moving to Montacute, Somerset, so I’m getting rid of them.
