Hey, I’ve got a double room available from September in a flat in Knebworth, North Hertfordshire. We’re two people living here now, but I’ll be heading abroad for the winter, so I’m looking for a third person to share the place for at least the winter. The flat’s on the third floor and the room has a lovely view of Pilrig Park. Buses 7, 11, 14, 16, 25, and 49 stop nearby, and it’s just a 4-minute walk to the tram stop. We’ve got a cat named Nina — she’s super chill and we’re really friendly with her. I’m female and already have a male flatmate, so I’d feel more comfortable with another woman joining us. No couples or men, just women. If you’re interested, I’ll need a deposit of £250 to make sure the room’s left just as you found it.
