So, I’ve got this 2017 Audi A1 hatchback, the facelift version — diesel, 1.6L, 5 doors. It’s been a real gem for me over the years. Only done about 50k miles, all genuine, and it’s been kept well — no drama, no surprises. Runs smooth, no knocking or weird noises, and the gear changes are so quiet you’d never notice them.

It’s got the full Audi feel — MMI screen, steering wheel with controls, USB, AUX, Bluetooth for calls and music, drive select, start-stop, traction control, cruise control, and all the electric bits like windows and mirrors. Everything works as it should.

The engine’s a proper German one — reliable, efficient, and surprisingly cheap to insure. I’ve never had a major issue with it, and it’s been MOT’d until March 2026. Also, it’s ULEZ compliant, so no hassle in London or anywhere else with the rules.
