2019 Volkswagen Touran 1.0 TSI SE 5-door MPV
Description
I’ve been driving this 2019 Volkswagen Touran TSI SE for a couple of years now and honestly, it’s one of those cars you just don’t want to part with — even though I’m selling it. It’s a 7-seater, so it’s perfect for families, and the 1.0-litre engine runs smoothly without being too thirsty. I’ve kept it well looked after, and it’s got a clean service history. The panoramic sunroof is a real plus — lets in loads of light, especially in the mornings. I use the adaptive cruise control on motorways quite a bit, and it makes long drives way more relaxed. Front and rear parking sensors are a lifesaver when I’m manoeuvring in tight spots.
The media system works well with Bluetooth — no more fiddling with phone connections. And the automatic lights turn on automatically when it gets dark, which is a small but useful thing.
It’s Euro 6 compliant, which means low emissions — not a big fan of the environment, but it does help. The 0-62 time is around 11.3 seconds, which isn’t flashy, but it’s solid for a family car. I’ve never had any major issues with it, and it’s been a reliable daily driver.
It’s based in Staines-upon-Thames, Surrey, so if you’re local or nearby, it’s easy to check it out. I’ve had it insured for a long time and it’s in a low insurance group, which means cheaper premiums.
I’m not selling it for a big price — it’s £12,145.50 — but I’ve kept it in good shape and it’s been a joy to drive. If you’re looking for a practical, reliable MPV that doesn’t break the bank, this one might be worth a look.
I’ve never been too keen on car dealerships, so I’m happy to chat about it if you’d like to see it in person. No pressure, just a friendly conversation. Let me know if you’re interested — I’m happy to take a look or even meet up if it works for you.
(Just a note — I’m not a dealer, just a regular person who’s found a car that works well for me and thought someone else might too.)
