2024 BMW R1250GSA Adventure TE Trophy – Low mileage, one owner
Description
I’ve had this BMW R1250GSA Adventure TE Trophy for a couple of years now – it’s been my go-to for long rides through the countryside, off-road trails, and just pure weekend getaways. It’s not the flashy kind of bike, but it’s got real stuff under the skin. The Trophy version is built for tough conditions – think enduro-style engine guard, headlight protection, and solid footrests. I’ve got the sports windshield and a rally seat that makes it way more comfortable on rough ground. The Metzeler Karoo 4 tires give good grip on everything from gravel to dirt tracks.
It’s a bit taller than standard, which I actually love – the seat height and handlebar risers mean I can stand on the pegs without feeling like I’m leaning too far forward. The Dynamic ESA suspension lets you adjust it on the fly, which is perfect when you're riding through a mix of tarmac and off-road.
The colour’s Racing Blue Metallic with white and red accents – not flashy, but gives it a sharp, sporty look. The seat is black and red, which I’ve kept just as it is. I’ve also got the keyless ride, cruise control, seat heating, and heated handlebar grips – things that make long rides actually feel nice.
I’ve had it through a few different terrains – from the rolling hills around Barrow-upon-Soar to some serious trail rides in the Charnwood area. It’s held up well, and the low mileage (under 10,000 miles) means it’s still fresh and reliable.
I’ve actually never sold it before – it’s been my main bike for everything from weekend trips to just getting around. It’s got a few little extras like the Atacama soft luggage and a tank bag, but it’s not over-equipped. Just what I needed.
I’m not sure if it’s for a serious rider or someone who just loves the ride – either way, it’s been a solid companion. If you’re thinking of checking it out, feel free to call me. I’ll confirm it’s still available before you come over.
I’ve been in the bike world since the early 2000s – I remember when Triumphs were still the go-to for off-road style. I’ve dealt with a lot of bikes over the years, and this one’s been a real favourite.
If you’re into bikes that do the job and don’t overcomplicate things, this one’s worth a look. No sales pressure, no fluff – just a real, honest-to-goodness motorcycle that I’ve used every day.
Call me if you’re interested – I’m happy to talk through it.
