Function V4 Adjustable FID Dumbbell Bench

I’ve had this Function V4 bench for a few months now and it’s become a staple in my home gym setup. It’s brand new, still in the original box, and I’m moving to northumberland, north east, so I’m passing it on.

The thing is, it’s super versatile—flat, incline, and decline positions, so you can do all sorts of dumbbell workouts without needing extra equipment. The steel frame is solid, the padding is thick and comfy, and it’s got built-in wheels and a handle, so it moves around easily even in a small space.

I didn’t need it anymore after setting up my own routine, and it’s been sitting in storage. It’s black powder coated, 2mm steel frame, and can support up to 250kg including user weight. Dimensions when flat are 150cm x 68cm x 52cm—fits in most home gyms or even small studios.

The upholstery is vinyl, so it’s durable and keeps its shape. I’ve used it a lot and it’s held up well. I’m not selling it for a lot—just passing it on, and it’s ready to go if someone wants to try it out.
