2014 Elddis Xplore 304 – 4 Berth Lightweight Compact Caravan
Description
So, we’re letting go of our 2014 Elddis Xplore 304 after a few years of being the go-to place for family getaways. It’s been our trusty little caravan through a lot of trips – especially with the two kids – and honestly, it’s been a real joy to use. It’s super lightweight and compact, which makes it perfect if you’re on a budget or have a smaller tow vehicle. The layout isn’t flashy, but it’s smart – everything’s thought out and doesn’t feel cramped. We’ve used it for everything from weekend breaks to longer trips, and it’s held up well.
Here’s the breakdown:
- 4 berths with a bunk bed – can fold down to make a dinette, so it’s flexible for different needs
- L-shaped lounge that converts into a big double bed – very handy when you want to sleep in comfort
- Spacious and well-planned, even though it’s small – the flow feels open and natural
We’re selling it because our son’s new setup needs a different layout – not something that can be easily changed. It’s not about the space being small, it’s just that his needs have shifted.
Inside it’s clean, modern, and feels really comfortable – neutral tones, blackout blinds, flyscreens, and skylights that let in a lot of light. The windows are double-glazed with night-latch vents, so it’s quiet and comfortable at night.
Kitchen is solid:
- 3-burner gas hob
- Combined oven and grill
- Stainless steel sink with mixer tap and glass lid
- Fold-up worktop for extra prep space

Storage is good too:
